“Great Location Nice Hotel "Enjoy Your Bath Time"”

A great base to walk into Bath and know that when you return here is bait of quality to help you recharge the batteries. Tight off street parking maybe the first impression but you get a warm welcome and high standard of rooms. Breakfast was a master class in utilising space but see if you can get a window seat it will be worth it. A nice sitting room is there for you to plan your day or just catch up on news from the papers. We would certainly use this Hotel again.

Really enjoyed our stay 4 poster bed was a treat Staff really helpful Breakfast -v good hot food-choice of cold food a little disappointing perhaps

“Not a 5 star hotel”

Expedia rated this hotel as a 5 star but based on my experience this hotel is a 3 star. The breakfast and service was good but the hotel standard did not meet my expectations. My linen was not changed daily and the bathroom could do with some paintwork. Also, WiFi connection was not available in our room, instead I had to use the common area near the noisy office.
