Leave the car in the lock up tandem garage because it's just a short walk to Batehaven shops, cafes, restaurants and Corrigans Beach is right across Beach Road. The Catalina Country Club is just a short drive away, as is the Marina. You can ride your bikes along the foreshore into Batemans Bay, flat all the way.

The master bedroom has a Queen Bed and ensuite.
The second bedroom has another Queen.
The third bedroom has a set of bunks and a single bed with trundle.

Bathrooms/Laundry: There are two bathrooms at this property. A modern ensuite compliments the master bedroom and a second bathroom complete with bath. The laundry is located in the cupboard of the main bathroom, with a top load washing machine and a dryer. The clothes line is located just out the back door, in the private courtyard.

Living Area: A large open plan living area is at the front of the unit. A reverse cycle air conditioner for your use. There are sliding doors that open out to the private deck area, where the outdoor table and BBQ are ready to be fired up for the afternoon.

Kitchen: A well-stocked kitchen is in the open plan living area, everything you'll need to prepare a quick snack or full meal. Stainless steel all-electric kitchen, microwave, dishwasher so you feel like you are on holidays.

Pets: Unfortunately this apartment doesn't allow pets.
