"A quick overnight stay while passing through Apollo Bay. On arrival, there was none in reception. A phone number is displayed on the key return box to "call for help." The gentleman who answered was friendly, helpful and assisted with 'check in' questions. Once we made our way upstairs we found the room easily. It was clean, comfortable and simple. A small fridge, microwave, a kettle and also toaster. The bed was comfortable and there was extra pillows and blankets in the wardrobe which came...

"Not as nice as the price and description led us to believe. Breakfast was okay, good croissant cut otherwise a bit ordinary. The room was fresh and clean but lacked in storage space so if one was staying more than a day, there was no drawer space for one to unpack. Poor water pressure in the shower. Hosts are very pleasant/amenable! Would not stay there again for the price. "

"Bad smell in unit when we first walked in. We discovered it after 24hrs. Smell coming from drain tray on the back of the fridge with rotten milk in it. Can’t fault the amount of towels for unit. Had to wait quite awhile at reception to get pool towels. No one at front reception to check out."
