Children under 3 years old are free of charge. We provide cot and high-chair under request free of charge.

Once you have made the booking, please inform us about your expected arrival time to Barcelona. If you don´t know yet, contact the apartments at least one week in advanced.

Very important: You must call us on the phone number that appears on your confirmation email upon arrival at the airport in order to be meet at the apartment.

A breakage deposit of EUR 150 is required for all bookings. This deposit is payable at check-in and returned once the condition of the apartment has been checked. For reservations of 2 apartments or more, a prepayment of EUR 250 will be required. This will be arranged directly with Customer Service once the reservation has been made.

The living room is huge and lighly, with a double sofa bed (1.50 m X 2.00 m), with all kind of equipment and facilities such as flat TV, DVD, Wifi and international channels.

The one bedroom apartment has 2 twin beds ( 90 cm X 2.00 m) with the option of one double (1.80 m X 2.00 m). The three bedroom apartments has one room with 2 twin beds ( 90 cm X 2.00 m) with the option of one double (1.80 m X 2.00 m), one twin room (90 cm X 2.00 m) and one single (90 cm X 2.00 m).

The kitchen is independent full equipped with microwawe, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffe machine, washing-dryer machine, dishwasher etc…There is also the basic equipment and products for cleaning.

The bathroom is complete with shower, hairdryer and welcome amenities. In the three bedrooms apartments there is two bathrooms.

There is a safety box with capacity for laptop . The heating and the air conditioning is with cold and hot air.
