Just seemed a bit run down and not well lit. I also could not connect to WiFi and was told I needed to link it to my phone. It was fine in Starbucks as well as my next hotel 1 km away.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused. However, the noise complain is most likely due to the excessively turned-up stereo systems of the tuks-tuks on the street. if such complaint ever arise again with our guests we ensure that they can be moved to a higher floor.

Housekeeping and breakfast staff were great. But room was NOISY, NOISY. I called the front desk many times about the noisy music, but nothing was done. Loud music until 5 am, 5 nights out of our 15 day stay

Good choice in Bangkok
Hotel is clean and nicely located. We had a room on the 17th floor and it was really clean and spacious. Bathroom had been renovated. Nice pool on the roof. Breakfast was kind of ok in general, but not that good for a vegetarian. Gym was ok.

Zenith for the win
Always enjoy staying at the Zenith. It’s right beside the hospital and surrounded by great food. Also just a couple of minutes walk to the sky train.

When we checked in the lady at the counter said she has smoking king room and not ( non-smoking) king room as we had booked . All are fully booked . I asked her why the hotel did not inform if there was full booking why was i not informed. Then they said can change to twin bed and finally we got non- smoking king . So there were non- smoking king room but we had to really ask for 30 min to get it Otherwise the stay was nice and staff were nice This check in experience made it a bit sour

The non smoking room is fully booked , that was true, However, during the time you waiting the front staff has tried to move some guest off from the block in order to give your the required room first. It was not mean we do not have the room you ask for but at that time some room had not checked out and cleaned yet. hotel close to city. Good value for money
Hotel location is good on Sukhumvit road 3. staff is friendly. Seems hotel is old and my room was without a opening window.

Thank you very much for your kind support and review. 1.For Vegetarian, we do have please feel free to request . we will arrange especially for you . 2.For the old room, we are sorry that our staff did not put you in the new renovated one during your stay . Acutlly, we have only 20% left waiting for renovate. We keep going on floor by floor because we could not close many rooms at a time. All 100% should be finish within this year end. 3. Non open window, our hotel using the double glassed vacuum curtain wall system , which do not allowed to open, This is a sound and climate proof for all customer convenience during stay. However, each glass is very big and you can enjoy the panoramic view of Bangkok city from every rooms. We hope you understand us in this matter. Regards

Management and front desk personnel should be trained to request one document from guests at check in. Passport or ID, not both in order to avoid confusion. The manager at check in asked for various documents, placing me in embarrassing position in front of my friends.

Pros: Good breakfast, nice staff, hotel has car and driver service available if you don't feel like taking a public transportation. Cons: Kinda far from the bts station about 10 min. walk, room needs a little renovation. Other than that had a nice stay.

Decent hotel. Would stay again.
I consider this hotel a decent offering which provides comfortable accommodation for a reasonable price. The pool in particular is excellent and one of few in the area which has direct sun all day due to its position being actually on the very top of the building (instead of halfway in the building as with most 'rooftop pools' in Bangkok). The room itself was clean but basic and WiFi was free throughout. I didn't try breakfast or any other meals in the hotel. The staff were friendly at checkin and checkout - I had no other cause to deal with them. Location is conveniently located halfway between Phloen Chit and Nana BTS stations and is easily walkable even with bags. I would stay here again.

I travel alot and the room looked great online. Upon entering the hotel, I was surprised and confused because it was not what I had remembered seeing advertised. Our room was dirty and the carpet wasn't cleaned. Management did move us to a room they said was remodeled, which was slightly better but remodeled was a stretch. Breakfast buffet was mediocre. The staff was pleasant but I wouldn't stay or recommend it to anyone.
