Amazing. The staff are first class, a young Thai Nigerian front desk woman welcomed us she was so amazing, all the staff were and extremely kind. We came for a night in family room but we will be back. Perfect location close to park, lots to eat, quiet, gym, pool a real winner!

방이 넓어서 좋아요. 공용세탁기도 있어서 편하기도 하기요. 단 층수가 높은게 좋을 것같아요. 저희는 2층에 지내서 커텐열기가 좀 그랬네요

Nice and clean hotel. Staffs are excellent service. Location has lot of restaurants near door. Southeast restaurant was really real Thai food to me. Food are hot in temperature and spicy. Love love this hotel.

We received a warm welcome from staff. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Breakfast was of a good quality. We had a ground floor room at the back of the hotel, there is road noise throughout the night.

안전하고 걸어다니기 편한 거리에 있어요. 앞에 커다란 공원도 있어서 운동하기도 좋고 치한이 좋은듯 했습니다. 숙소 내부도 깔끔하고 깨끗한 편이고요. 수영장도 깔끔하게 잘 되있습니다. 가족이랑 여행갔는데 다들 만족해 하셨어요!

We like the awesome staff, they are all very nice people especially Linda in the evening shift was so helpful to get arrangements for travel to Pattaya. Our stay was comfortable happy homey. When in BKK this is the place to stay!

No tea coffee
A little too much when it comes to cost saving: room did not have any tea /coffee/ toothbrush etc. was mentioned to call if needed. While i appreciate not wasting items unnecessary, some basics, like coffee, should stay. We also called 4 times within 3 hours and no one picked up. Shampoo was empty in the shower. Water was provided in glass bottles and staff went upstairs to check them (???), came downstairs and said we were missing a bottle and it would be 30 baht. First of all, nowhere was it written about the charge, second of all, bottles were there - in the garbage bin. We had to go back and find it as staff claimed they checked everywhere. Acting way too cheap.

Great hotel and really nothing missing!
Stay was wonderful and hotel is great. Everything is new and the staff is very helpful. If I had to say one thing I would add is an extra body length mirror in the room; it's minimal but it was definitely something we wanted. Great, quiet location, with a few good restaurants around. Not near any major temples, so requires transportation, but the hotel has a free tuk tuk to the skytrain. Lastly don't recommend the breakfast in the cafe adjacent to the hotel as it's expensive and not that good. Go across the street instead.

It's basically student accommodation pretending to be a hotel. My room was opposite a laundrette room with students talking outside my door until 2am. I had to find another hotel the following morning, only stayed one night.

The hotel has good location and it is clean. However, the rooms look older than the pictures. Keep in mind you need to give a deposit of 1000 in cash when you arrive, they don't accept cash as the said it will take 3 weeks for the bank to give it back which makes no sense.

Lovely hotel. near to all amenities, eg sky train, lovely restaurants and street food vendors and they held our cases for the 36 hours as we had a trip to the River Kwai and Hellfire Pass and then checked back in. Couldn't fault the stay!

We loved our stay here. Close to metro but away from the really busy parts of Bangkok. Loved the pool for a refreshing dip in the heat. Would definitely stay here again.

They stored our bags for us for half a day because our flight arrived so early. Very convenient location. Easy to book a Grab from here and get almost anywhere in less than 20 minutes. The coffee on the street is super and very cheap.

Very clean hotel located close to the main road and Lumphini Park. 7 Eleven nearby, restaurants nearby. Aircon works perfectly, large shower and very large beds. Mini fridge worked perfectly.
