The place is nice and the staff are very helpful. It is a great place for the price. The area is safe and is less than a mile from the metro which I recommend to take to move around the city.

It's a nice hotel, clean and modern. It's located on a side street, so away from traffic, and is a close walk to Khao San Road. Staff are friendly. The biggest issue I encountered was with the drainage in my room, which seemed to be backed up as there was a horrible smell in my bathroom during my stay.

It was a nice, quiet and clean hotel. The staff was very friendly, attentive and willing to help in every way possible. The Khao San Road is about a 15 minute walk but sightseeing requires transportation. Not a deal breaker but something to keep in mind.

This place is very nice although a bit of the beaten path. No cab or tuktuk driver seemed to have a clue how to find it, even when you spoon feed them the address and showed them the route on Google maps. The facilities, amenities and breakfast were first rate. You will pay a 500 baht "security deposit." Kiss it goodbye. Mine was forefeited after Detective Columbo returned from my room inspection to inform me that the bathroom towels were dirty. Whatever!

James thank you for the review rating which is very kind given the comments you graciously provided. Apologies that the hotel is not located on the roadside and we have just opened since March 2024. The security deposit will enable us to continue providing services and operating in the longer term. Although you have had unpleasant experience for the deposit to be forfeited, we need to send the towels to be carefully cleaned or thrown away if the stains were un-washable. Apologies once again for the experience and we hope you find the more pleasant stays in Southeast Asia next time.

Hidden gem
The hotel was very nice, large, modern rooms, a very comfortable big bed and large bathroom. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Even though i had a very late check in from my flight they made sure someone was there for me. The restaurant is spacious and serves a wide variety of food, definitely worth purchasing the breakfast option. Would highly recommend

It's a 3* hotel, and you get a 3* experience. It's perfect as somewhere to put your head down. It's clean, comfortable, close to points of interest, staff are friendly, has WiFi, and the aircon works. It doesnt do anything more than that, and that's their market. I had a good time staying there, and would recommend others to do the same as long as they have clear expectations.

Pros: Modern Hotel and nice room layout. Adequate breakfast. 10 to 15 mins walk to Khaosan Road Cons: The room is nice but upon entering, I noticed that there were only one pillow for each guest and I can't sleep well with only 1 pillow so I immediately called front desk and asked for additional pillows. Frontdesk said that they are fully booked and there are no extra pillows available. It was the first time I heard of such a response from a hotel! So this means that they will let their guest sleep uncomfortably because they are fully booked and no extra pillows available.. unbelievable! I would also like to mention that there were no slippers and dental kit provided so bring some or buy from the 7/11 store on the other side of the road. The sound proofing of the room is also poor. I could hear noises from the other room, tiny noises like hanging clothes from their rack, opening and closing of the doors and even small conversations which made my sleep even more uncomfortable. When I requested for iron and ironing board, they said it is not available and being used by other guests. They didn't even bother asking those guests if they are finished ironing and lend me the iron! The staff didn't bother to help me and assist me with my need and just said that they are booked. I don't feel the welcome and warmth as I noticed staff does not greet guests. I originally booked for 5 nights but decided to cut my stay short due on my second night because of my experience.

Someone give Clay a raise!! She’s so incredible and beyond hospitable, she really went above and beyond. Everyone at the front desk is really nice and helpful and the rooms are nice for the price you pay. Walking distance to Khosan. No complaints and would definitely stay here again when back in Bangkok!

Very new and clean hotel in a quiet alley. Very near Khaosan Road. Staff were all very friendly and help. The only things that are lacking is that the hot water system is not very good, the water temperature is inconsistent and i almost showered in cold water throughout. the soundproofing between rooms is bad as well i could literally hear my next door and opp neighbour conversation. Sadly i had a very rowdy neighbour opp unit that parties till 3 am
