“Very good hotel to use to freshen up and sleep while waiting for your next flight”
the hotel is modern has free wifi and although there is no breakfast you get free beer and soft drinks in your room refrigerator as well as snacks. We were a party of four with lots of luggage so we figured it would be hard to get a taxi to fit all of us so we called the hotel and Mr Vitik the manager and driver of the van came to pick us up for 200 baht one way.If you take this service remember to go to the fourth floor and outside gate number 4. This is the pick up area . Our only complaint was that the bed need more than just two small pillows. We definitely go back to this hotel. It is only 10 mintues from the airport.Mr Vitik was very helpful in everyway.
“Nice basic hotel 15 minutes from the airport”
This is a nice, basic, clean Thai hotel. Tile floors, wood molding over plain white walls. You can tell the staff try very hard to make it nice and it is very clean. Even though it is right by the airport, you can't just hop the fence and cross the runway to board your plane! So it is a 10-15 minute taxi ride from the hotel to the terminal.
“good value, convenience,”
we got to Bangkok around midnight, i have informed the hotel that we will check in late, but still worry if anybody will be able to wait for us, considered that the hotel rule of 8:00 PM for the latest check in . but the care taker of the hotel is very helpful, we check out the next morning around 8, and he was helping us calling the taxi for the airport. even though it is not a luxury hotel by any mean, it is cleaned & very convenience about 10 minute to the airport.
“OK place in a difficult location”
The hotel itself is ok. The room was servicable - it was close to the airport - the people working there were friendly and helpful. But the hotel is in a really odd location...it's off of a pretty large road near the airport...but it's pretty far down a dark and deserted alley. I thought the ride down that alley was pretty scary after dark. And there is absolutely nothing around - no way to get to a 7-eleven or a food stall. Further, the taxi driver was upset at having such a small fare, The drivers wait in a long queue and ours was not too happy to get a USD3 fare (a typycal fare into town is USD10). He started arguing with my wife (she is Thai so could talk with him) that we should pay an extra fee to make up for his troubles. If I were to stay there again (I wouldn't since there are other places nearby on the main road), I would ask the hotel to send their car for me.
“One night stay”
Bed was very hard and there was no toilet paper in the room but it was fine for just one night. Only 100 baht taxi ride to the airport which took about 10 minutes.
“Travelers Beware”
I wanted to stay at a hotel near the Bangkok Airport because I had a 6AM flight back to the US the next morning It is close to the airport, however I would hesitate to even give this hotel a 1 star. Maybe it was the fact there was no telephone in the room, the bathroom sink had a major leak that seriously limited its use, the air conditioner that only had 2 settings- very cold or freezing, or that there was no one on staff who spoke any kind of English. There was no restaurant of any kind within walking distance. We ended up ordering a burger from the local McDonald's that delivered ( after 5 mins of playing charade with the staff on what we wanted). I chalked up the experience as a "grand adventure". The hotel may be appropriate for local Thai or students on a limited budget. It was certainly disappointing after staying at 5star hotels in Bangkok and Koh Samui.
