“see ay soon”
Overall this was a vary nice and clean hotel and had a good breakfast. The menue was not that big for ordering room service. They had a great sea food rest. down the street and a few local ones as well. The place was not located near allot but you could get to anyplace in a short time.
“Very Impressive”
Our family stayed at the President Park twice during our 10 day stay in Thailand. Both times they proved to us that their service was professional, the accommodations were great, and the food was perfect and inexpensive. We would recommend this great hotel to anyone.
“Amazing Staff / Best Hotel in Bangkok”
Beautiful well maintained property in the perfect area of Bangkok; close to all major tourist attractions and business centers and entertainment districts. World class shopping is a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The grounds are sprawling and spotless, with 3 pools and a baby pool, several restaurants and the best fitness facility in the city. My standard room was spacious and tidy, and included free breakfast for 2 and in room high-speed internet access. The internet was high-speed and without glitches, and the breakfast was a magnificent buffet with a good day to day variety of cooked to order eggs and omellettes, fresh bakery items, fresh squeezed fruit juices and some excellent coffee. The best thing about this hotel was the staff, everyone of them really, but especially Khun Nina and Khun Mon, who made sure that I was treated like family for my entire stay. I recommend this hotel for families, business people as well as solo travelers - it is no short of perfect!
“Love the Staff”
We had the budget accommodation yet found it to be more than satisfactory. The room had all the convenenices that you would expect. The staff were always helpful and friendly. It made our stay an enjoyable one, which I would be happy to say that I would most certainly stay there again. The facilities are of a very high standard and offer all that a person could ask for. Overall we were very happy.
“What more could you need?”
The service at this hotel was incredible. The doormen deserve medals for their amazing work. They were so unfailingly poite and helpful. Our room was huge and incredibly comfortable. A lightbulb blew and we contacted reception and it was fixed right away. Some parts of the hotel seem slightly dated but it in no way affected our comfort. I would definitely go there again.
“Quiet Space Near Everything”
I have stayed at this hotel regularly over the past five years. As a business person, I originally settled on the site because the neighborhood was quiet and you have easy access to large supermarkets and local businesses needed for longer stays. The area is not as posh as it was several years ago, but the convenience factor is still there. Good: room designs are excellent for working, breakfast buffet is good (but quite small), internet service is much faster and more reliable than US, nice pool area, an executive lounge with bar and light food, and very helpful staff. Bad: The "Tulip suite" room I stayed in was really dingy and worn, with poor caulking in the bathroom, a worn counch, and loose electrical covers in kitchen. I also missed access to the large Capital Club fitness center and spa as guests are now directed to a nice, but small, exercise room. I'm not sure if this is because of needed renovations at the Capital Club. The rates remain very competitive and this hotel remains a favorite for me for longer stays. If they want my business for short holidays, they will need to renovate.
“Very clean and comfortable”
My wife and I stayed for the first three nights on our arrival in October 2009 in a Deluxe Suite, and decided to stay again for two nights before our return home, though this time in a Standard Room. Both were spacious in size and extremely clean and comfortable. Check out their website, which gives good 3D Room Layouts. All staff we came into contact with, were very polite, helpful and eager to please. Nearby there is a small supermarket for provisions, plenty of ATMs and one or two bars. The apartments are quite a way off Sukhumvit but walking ithe distance is no problem (we are both aged around 60 and took us about ten minutes) and we only took the complimentary Tuk-Tuk on two occasions. Half way down Soi 24 is the Sea Food Supermarket Restaurant which we can fully recommend and is quite a different experience to your normal restaurant. All in all, a very pleasant stay and would not hesitate to use President Park again.
“President Park”
Although a nice spacious room, the view was of a parking garage. the pool was in a separate building across the street. It was a cute little neighborhood, with 24 hour supermarket, starbucks, nice Thai food. The people at the hotel were very nice and helpful, but the hotel itself was a little disappointing. Although not too far from the airport the road was very congested and took a while to reach the hotel.
“exactly what I expected”
The hotel is a great value - but not really that well maintained. So a little tired around the edges but certainly clean enough. I would certainly give up the extra space of the room for a few updates
“Fair stay.”
There were some issues here with maintenance of this hotel. Telephone had a loose cord, found some ants in the kitchen and the toilet didn't flush properly for a time. They did handle these issues. But, it would've been nice not to worry about them at all. On the upside. The amenities were mostly a good value and the hotel staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. I might consider staying here again. If I do however I'll give the room a thorough check before unpacking my bags.
