A Traveller

“Harsh beginnings”

We arrived late from our international flight to a rather unfriendly welcome at the Fraser... We were shocked at how unpleasant the person at reception was to us. The staff in the morning were very friendly and helpful, but it is hard to come back from the initial impression. Very disappointed as we looked at the ratings carefully before choosing this location. Otherwise, the room was fine, the breakfast was so so and the fact that they wanted to charge additional fees for internet in a "full service residence" was the last straw. Fraser could and should do much better.
