“Better than expected ...”
This hotel was very clean, customer service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We will be back next year and bring our extended family. Banff is absolutely beautiful. We truly felt relaxed after our vacation.
“Lovely Hotel.”
Hotel was lovely, we had a double room on the first floor. It was large enough it had two double bed in it. The room was clean and weel maintained. Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking at hotel was included in the price. Hotel was about 10 - 15 minutes walk to centre, however is on a bus route. Also for travel tips watch the hotel TV chanel gives some great ideas of things to see and do.
“Once again a A+++ experience”
always pleasant experience to stay in this hotel, we go to Banff regularily and this is the hotel of choice
“Great place on the expensive strip”
All the hotels on this strip are the same, so we chose Rundlestone because it had the best deal. We were very happy and pleased with this quiet location.
“Nice place to stay, good value and location”
We are a family with two kids aged 10 & 6. We spent two nights here and found the Rundlestone a great place to stay. We would not hesitate to recommend it and hope to be back some day!
“Comfortable Hotel”
The room was great. There was a vanity and sink outside the bathroom, which was handy. The room was extremely clean and the decor was really nice. The staff were very friendly.
“Very,Very impressed.”
For me this hotel was faultless.Every member of staff was extremely courteous and helpful.Even cleaning staff went out of their way to wish you a good morning. The room i had was huge, with the biggest bed i have ever seen. The hotel was immaculately clean and i only wish i could have stayed longer.I will definitely return and would recommend it to anyone.
“Nice hotel, good value”
We had a nice, big, clean room. The beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having two towels for each of us. The swimming pool and jacuzzi are a very nice add on, especially during winter!
“Thought about becoming a Canadian citizen.”
Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Was there for nine days and didn't have a single negative experience with either hotel facilities or its staff, or any part of our visit to Banff and surrounding area. If I could have retired right then and there I would have stayed in Banff.
“The best experience!”
We stayed two nights to attend a conference and were really satisfied with the hotel. The room had a king sized bed and was neither too large, nor too small. The room faced to the back of the hotel onto a quiet street and we enjoyed that aspect especially. If we could have improved anything, it would have been to have a small fridge in the room for beverages and fruit. We will certainly look to stay at this hotel when we travel there again.
