“Better than we expected.”
The hotel was exceeded our expectations except in one area. The hotel upgraded us to a king sized bed when Expedia only said there were double beds and gave us a harbor view room which was better than was explained through Expedia. The hotel also gave us complimentary breakfasts since we were staying for a whole week. The door man named Keith was so helpful and personal. The only area that could have been better was that the breakfast buffet was not offered on a regular basis. We ordered at those times from a nice regular breakfast menu.
“Holiday stay”
Had a great stay. We were right across from the Inner Harbour and could view it from our room. The proce was great but I could have gotten a better rate for this particular stay if I had booked through the hotel itself. I will check all options next time.
“Fun stay with young kids”
Had a very enjoyable stay with young kids. The waitstaff at Bistro 33 were especially kind and helpful. Hotel is perfectly located to easily access attractions like thE Aquarium and Pott Discovery.
“Great location-comfortable and friendly and gorgeous hotel”
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The lobby is gorgeous the staff attentive and polite the rooms very clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the WiFi is not free. For a pricey hotel I feel that internet access should be included. Having said that, I would stay there again.

.3 miles to the light Rail made this hotel a perfect fit for travel from BWI. Clean beautiful....I recommend it 100%! Great price, excellent service.

The room was outstanding. The staff was both friendly and helpful. Location is right next to the Harbour. We definately can not wait to go back.
“Watch out for the WiFi”
Beautiful hotel. However, if you are a business traveler or are bringing your laptop one word of warning - daily internet use is $20 per day. That's absolutely outrageous in this day and age when I stay at a cheap motel and I can get free Wifi. The Hyatt should be ashamed to nickle and dime their visitors that way.
