This was my first time @ this property. I came for vacation. Staff was very friendly & patient. I will be back next time I take vacation & I would highly recommend you to travel @ this location.

This is not just a budget hotel - it needs immediate upkeep to meet minimum standards. Elevator and lobby smelled horrible, paint was peeling, floors were dirty, and the room itself was absolutely filthy - including dirt, hair and crumbs on floors and surfaces, and dried-on something in the wire trash can. Pillows were stained, tub was grimy, and the window was stuck OPEN and could not be closed (though previous tape was stuck on as if someone tried to hold it shut with tape?) which was extremely noisy all night. The toilet and sheets appeared clean enough, and the tv worked, but that’s the best I can say about it. I would never stay here again - spend $40 more and stay anywhere else.

When booking online or if even over the phone they should make known that their is no parking at that location and you have to park at the Radisson across the street. But other then that it was very good and the young lady who checked me in was fantastic. And helped me with my parking problem lol. I wish i got her name but i didn't, she was so sweet helping a flustered old man 😂

The staff was courteous, however our room wasn't ready until an hour after standard check in. The property was clean, but needs some necessary updates and maintenance. The bathtub had a steady drip and the tile was in desperate need of repairs.

This place is in need of renovations. Seriously! For the location and how close it is to the harbor, it can be better. Toilet not working, heating system sound like it’s on its last leg, ceiling cracking in the shower, elevators need to be revamped….

The condition of the hotel was not disclosed at booking. Even though it's a non smoking hotel, it was obvious our room had smokers previously. The smoke detector kept going off. The staff just told us to remove it completely as there was no maintenance staff available to fix. The room lacked a coffee table and only one 3 seater sofa for our group of 6. The washroom was.mouldy and dirty. The AC unit did not work properly as our room was very hot all day and night. We needed to find a safe spot to park our minivan with overhead cargo bin. None of the lots could accommodate. The staff could not help and did not know where we could park. We ended up finding our own valet parking at the Hilton Garden Inn, a full 20 minute walk away.

This property is what you want for cheap price but great location in the city. This is for the guys weekend ball game or vacation. Do not bring your lady for a great hotel getaway experience… NO!!!!

Inn ok but not well maintained
The hotel is evidently going through renovations. Our room was large with a separate living room area and bedroom. The beds were won't. The thermostat worked perfectly. The people were very nice. However, the bathroom, although mostly ckean, it had mold/mildew in the grout and the tub was stained.

We pretty low key but the stay was really uncomfortable. We booked for our family or 4 trip (2 parents, 3 and 6 year olds birthday weekend) we had double beds and pull out sofa. They gave us a total of 3 pillows for 4 people and 2 towels. My Husband stopped at the front desk to ask for more pillows and the lady at the desk said she was the o Lu one on and it would be a while. We never got more pillows and towels. My husband and son had to share a pillow. Nobody slept well.

Nice, though a group of Steeler (hate to use the S-word) fans blocked entrance steps. After a couple of quips back and forth, moved out of the rain and into comfort.

The hotel room door won't shut properly. you had to slam it to get it shut. The bathroom needed major updating as the shower curtain rod was broken and held up by 2 screws. holes in the bathroom walls. themostat could not be adjusted at all. we had to open the window to cool the room off.
