“Comfortable Bali accommodation”

Our room, really a bungalow, was one of a small number overlooking a central 60m pool that was close to the reception and dining area. Surrounding gardens are all well maintained. The room itself included a mezzanine bedroom accessed by very steep stairs. The room, bathroom in particular, will benefit from renovation in the near future. Even with doors closed, mosquitoes have fairly ready access. The complex is located at the end of a long laneway off the main road of Seminyak although the hotel provides a regular shuttle bus to the main street where the action is. It was a pleasant hotel with friendly staff. However, we would probably stay between the main road and the beach next time to save walking time.

We had such a fantastic experience at Villa Seminyak. The staff without a doubt were exceptional. Our villa was close to reception which was very handy, and enabled us to become familiar with the staff and obtain various assistance as needed. In particular some friends visited us at our villa and needed medical support for their baby, and the service and support by the staff was excellent. The food was good, the place was huge, the spa looked wonderful but we mistakenly didn't visit it until the last day. The room was more than adequate and it was great to step outside the door into the pool. We hired a scooter and were able to easily get around seminyak and kuta as needed. It's ideally located if wanting to access the shops on the main strip of Seminyak and close enough via scooter to get to some of the great restaurants in the area. You can walk to the beach, but it takes a little while. Really quick by scooter though. We had a really good time here and will be back again.

“The Most Wonderful Staff!”

At first arrival down a very potholed road I was not very hopeful, the hotel is brand-new and the sign wasn't even up yet. But all fears were quickly eradicated when I walked into the lobby area and everyone was so happy to see me and offered me a cold drink and a free chair massage on arrival. I was upgraded (for free) to the honeymoon villa where I had my own private pool and outdoor kitchen. The room was spectacular and the staff were there for all my needs. I also really enjoyed the spa- beautiful, professional and affordable. The staff were just amazingly nice and helpful and everyone- including the gardeners said hello everytime I walked past.

tucked away in not the most convenient location but the hotel is fantastic and everyone is so nice. the villas were unbelievable but not very close to the beach

“Wonderful experience in heaven”

Our expectations were well and truly exceeded during our stay at the Villas, the surroundings were beautiful, the accommodation was well furbished and maintained and the staff were courteous and helpful. The staff (especially one chap named Dewi/Dewey, not sure on the spelling) were fantastic, always ready with a smile and salutation, great ideas on where to go (and tips on how much to pay etc), happy to organise a trip for you etc. The location was also handy, the shortcut to JL Seminyak comes out adjacent to the Bintang supermarket/ATMS which are a very handy point of reference if it is your first time there... Our stay consisted of mostly the lagoon villa but when we got there we decided to treat ourselves to a couple of nights in the Honeymoon suite (very nice!) and were loaned the executive suite (after we had already checked out) due to our late flight. Had no problem with any of the rooms (although the lagoon villa may get uncomfortable during rainy season, there were small birds pulling the thatch out every morning, but the staff seemed to be constantly replacing the roofing while we were there) Overall a fantastic stay!

“OK”

the staff is completely accomdating, rooms are clean, beds extremely comfortable. Though the rooms are a little run down, and need some maintance. Minor things, like the curtains need to be replaced, and major, there were holes in the roof of room, with showers passing through we had to make sure nothing was in the way of where the water was coming.
