“Best villa, best complimentary services”
We were impressed with the villa's size: one big bedroom, a kitchen and large open living room area, a private swimming pool, a study with a day bed and outdoor shower and bath. It provided absolute privacy and peace of mind. The package comes with many complimentary offers: welcome cocktail, 30-minute massage per person, wonderful breakfast for two, afternoon tea service, and 6pm-8pm free cocktail time. I also enjoyed their complimentary laundry service -- really nice not having to bring a bag of dirty clothes back home. The hotel also provides free taxi service to and from Jimbaran, Kuta, Nusa Dua area. This was very convenient and we took taxi to Kuta beach twice using the service. They have a sister hotel in Nusa Dua which has access to private beach, however, we didn't use it. They also have chairs on Balangan beach that guests could use. It's only 3 minutes walk to Jimbaran public beach, and there you can find many seafood restaurants. Our favorite is LIA cafe which was 5 minutes walk towards the airport direction. The hotel staff's English could be a hit or miss. Some staff appeared to be pushy while they actually meant to be helpful. You can also choose to dine at your own villa. On the last day we ordered in-villa breakfast and it was very pleasant not to rush to the restaurant before catching the return flight.
