It was conveniently located off the highway but was kind of dirty and was scared my vehicle was going to get broken into the entire stay

Go somewhere else
AC was not working in the 1st room we got, just had a fan. Moved to a 2nd room, AC not working well also had a fan. Flimsy, thin towels. Had to safety pin the drapes closed, otherwise a big gap. Won't stay there again.

The clientel was terrible. If my wife was with me, I wouldn’t leave her in room by herself. I had a suite and it was two regular rooms opened up with bathrooms on each side. The shower on each side did not have adjustments. You had to take shower fast or you would get burnt. I had to start my shower in one shower and finish in the other. The room WAS clean.

It's evident they are updating the room - new flooring, paint and wall art. The room was clean and without any odors. The down side is that the door locks didn't work. The deadbolt didn't operate and the upper latching lock was coming out of the wall. The TV only aired one channel. I asked the front office staff about the TV and no one responded after telling me he'd take care of it. Guests were noisy until after 2AM. For the price it was acceptable as an overnight stop.

It is a Great Location right off I5. Customer Service was Okay. The room itself needs alot of improvement the restroom walls had a lot of Water buddles and the shower was not cleaned.

They do not have air conditioning the ice machine didnt work the window did not lock and it smelled like b.o. in the rook.i stayed in for 1 night i had to check out early i couldnt stay at the hotel any longer

It is hot AF inside the room! No AC! Woke up at 2am because it was too hot, i checked lobby and no one was there!

Due to the ice storms and low temperatures most of Texas was experiencing rolling blackouts and no water, being an unexpected Natural Disaster, we were not prepared for this. Cheap.... that’s all you get.
I wouldn’t stay at this hotel again but it’s cheap. The bed was hard and stiff and the floors where dirt. And the towels were hard and stained.

Great Deal = Great Sacrifices
I arrived at the hotel very early in the am. Dang the doorbell several times to no avail. A man jumps out of his friends car that pulls up and asks if I have a reservation, which I obviously do. He tells his friend to hold on, runs inside, helps me out, and he was very friendly, but why aren’t you working if your working? The room was nice and clean, however most channels on the tv didn’t work, and the bed, well it was a bit like sleeping on a slab of cement. It honestly felt like it could have been a second box spring stacked on the top. The air conditioner was very loud, to the point I turned it off so I could sleep as the rattling was very loud. Even after turning it off, the neighbors was almost as loud, save for the thin wall. Overall, this was a 3 of 10 hotel. Definitely great sacrifice for a great deal regarding comfort.

No air conditioning and so many bugs!
Booked this stay because it was part of Best western. Soon as I got there the rooms did NOT have air conditioning but a swamp cooler. It was 104° and the room was incredibly hot and sticky and never got cool. The room did not have any trash cans or a phone. Also there were so many bugs outside and every time the door opened there were tons of bugs! I spoke to the manager who apologized and said that the bugs are just part of the “season”. The hotel looked minimally remodeled but seriously was to hot and gross to spend the night. Management was very nice but unless they can better manage the bugs and actually have air conditioning.
