Very good location, just right behind Victory liner bus station. Walking distance to 7-eleven, Jollibee etc. Short distance to SM. Very friendly staff. Nice and clean rooms. Will definitely stay again.

Booked a night for my mother. Paid close to 90$ in Expedia. The staff accused my mother of stealing hand towels, mom insisted on them checking her bags, they did not check because they know they will find nothing. For a hotel with rooms not worth the price you pay, THE AUDACITY. Never booking again, will never recommend.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very accomodating as well and generous servings of meals. The only downside is the very strong aroma in the reception that may cause headaches and trigger rhinitis. It makes you not wanna stay on the lounge area.

It's a very nice hotel. It's not too far from everything, like the shopping mall, tourist spots, restaurants, etc. And the staffs are so friendly and accessible when you need assistance.

The rooms were kept clean. I have a habit of cleaning all surfaces I usually use in a room, and I find the two rooms all clean. Cleaning supervisors are doing job well done. The security guards were much helpful and friendly, giving welcoming vibes in and out of the hotel. The property is simple, but it gives all the basics of a Microtel. The restaurant servicing its visitors is Amare. The breakfast is so-so OK. They serve it between 6:30 and 10am. Avoid going there after 9:30am. I heard one customer complaining that there was not enough food left at that time. The buffet comprises fried rice, sausages, eggs, daing ( dried and smoked fish) sauted local vegetables dishes (pakbet, string beans, and Kangkong), chicken dish like curry and adobo, customize eggs, salads, soups, fresh fruits (papaya), and 2 kinds of bread with jams and peanut butter. They serve coffee, juice and water. The restaurant staff are Ok. I ordered one medium pizza for lunch and they made me one large size. Yes I only paid for the medium size. The middle of the pizza was kind of soggy, and needed more time in the oven. Remind them to cook it well done. Front desk services can be better. Although most of them are friendly, but they need to smile more or maybe bow their heads when wearing masks. Listening skills can be improved. I found myself repeating with gestures when I go there. There was one incident of no one answering at night, like around 9:50pm.

Property is going construction due to renovation. And upgrades to the property. Made it a bit inconvenient and would have been nice to have been informed earlier. Hotel is in a decent location to Baguio. I didn’t find value in the piece paid for the hotel.
