The breakfast was very good. We were put in the smallest room in the hotel and the room and the bathroom were very dated. The shower glass did not close and water went all over the bathroom floor. There was no power outlet in the bathroom. Small double bed. The AC could not be turned down and it was very hot in the room at night.

The parking is an issue. Guess don’t want to arrive at 8 PM and then have to navigate from the palace of the popes parking lot back to the hotel… Hotel staff assume that you could do that walk in the dark. Also, the parking lot is not easy to find

A beautiful hotel with excellent service. The location could not be better, an easy walking distance to everything. The rooms are spotless and big for European hotels. The breakfast is really, really good. A terrific stay!!

Lots and lots of stairs in corridors in guest room to communal rooms. Heating was not functioning on arrival Bathrooms are really old and inappropriate for older guests

A very classy hotel close to town attractions, a bit of walk from the main train station but the road is very clean and flat so we had no problem rolling the luggage up (there's a bus too if you want) the room is spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and had a lot of fresh food. It was a great and comfortable stay, felt very luxurious but price was very reasonable.

We booked this hotel last minute for a quick trip to Avignon, and were so pleased with our stay! The stay are incredibly helpful, the location is amazing right in the city center, close to the church and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was quaint and so comfortable. We chose to stay a 2nd night because it was so charming! I would recommend to any couple traveling for a trip to Provence.

The hotel is in the heart of everything. We found it very convenient to walk everywhere. The staff were extremely helpful and multilingual. The room is small, but we managed.

This is our second stay and we will be back. It is a charming little French hotel with a delicious and well-curated breakfast but that is not the reason- it is the customer service that has brought us back! From the thoughtful pre-arrival questionnaire to ordering a taxi to meet us at the train station, it is clear that the customer is their priority.

The hotel and staff services exceeded our expecatipns during our family stay in august. Very welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. The room was spacious and very clean. Fantastic location in Place l'Horloge. 3 mins walk to Place des Popes...10 mins walk from train station and surrounded by great restaurants and shops. Strongly recommend and we look forward to staying here again on our future trips to Avignon.
