“Customer service was GREAT”

I got to the hotel to check in, but had to get to a meeting before I could actually go to my room. The attendant offered to turn the air on for me and when I got to the room that night, it was just right. Full size fridge, lots of counter space, and the most comfortable pillow I've ever slept on! I only regret not stealing the pillow!

Great hotel for the money

“Hotel near Fort Gordon base”

We went on trip to visit my brother who was stationed on Fort Gordon. Hotel was a brief 5 minute drive to gate. Ive stayed in nicer rooms but I guess you get what you pay for. Clerk was very nice. Breakfast was great. It wasnt a regular continental bfast. There was sausage, eggs, bacon, waffles, muffins, bagels, coffee, fresh fruit, etc..Although there is no place like home, Overall we had a nice stay.

THE ROOM WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE WERE THERE FOR JUST THE ONE NIGHT AND IT WAS OKAY FOR ITS PURPOSE.

“Comfortable”

No major complaints. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Nothing is ever as good as home.

“Worked out well for me”

This motel was pretty clean, not noisy. We had enough room to be comfortable, I enjoyed the extras like the iron and hair dryer in the room. The towels were pretty rough, and had to ask for extra but all in all my stay was fine. Restaurants and shopping close by. Is located in easy access of Ft. Gordon army base.

The rooms are extremely large with a kitchen area which includes a breakfast bar. Bathroom is very small and needs to be upgraded. Pool is small and the water was cloudy. Free continental breakfast includes waffles. Staff was very friendly. Great location at a great price!

“Pretty Place to visist”

I enjoyed my time in Augusta. The hotel was neatly kept. No in the city and not to far out of it. Its pretty place to visit.

“A place to sleep if you need one.”

The Fort Gordon Area Ramada in Augusta GA was average. Nothing special, but nothing to avoid, either. The hotel is not really in a convenient location if you are doing anything in the area other than passing through. I selected this hotel because it was close to where I needed to go, it was within the budget for the job I was doing, and I didn't know anything about Augusta.

“Needs a deep cleaning”

To their credit, the staff was very friendly. However, this place looks like it was built in the 60s and last cleaned in the 70s. The mold in the bathroom was bad and the whole place in general needed an update.
