“Very comfortable”
I stayed at the Augusta Hampton Inn for several days and was very comfortable. I was in town due to a death in my family and the staff was very kind to me. I had no problems in the five days that I was there and will stay at the same location when I go back to Augusta.
“Very nice hotel and customer service”
This hotel was awesome. The staff was great, very friendly, and professional. I will definitely return to this facility. The breakfast was great.
“Great Stay!”
The interior has recently been redone. so don't be put off by the outside entrance. The free breakfast is great, too. The rooms are clean, roomy, and comfortable.
“Great stay twice”
The hotel check in host was personable and professional inquiring as to anything she can assist with that would make our stay more comfortable (I forgot her name but a young black female with braids). Then she called after we checked into our room to see if everything was to our liking. She spoke to my toddler in a friendly manner and good naturedly teased her about sucking her thumb before asking me then offering her a treat from behind the desk. The best part was that this was my same experience 3 weeks earlier with the same staff member so I'm assuming she's always giving great service. My room was neat and clean and the only tiny blip was I thought they needed to replace the carpeting in the room or it was time for a steam clean. The room smelled good and there was no oder of smoke in our non smoking room and of course the comfortable beds. So other than the one afterthought as to the carpet (on only one occasion) I had an exceptionally nice stay there on both occasions in a great hotel with a very well trained staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and plan on staying there again every time I visit Augusta.
“Reasonably priced retreat”
Although the traffic on Washington Road in Augusta is somewhat hectic during the day, the hotel was comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was very helpful and pleasant throughout my stay.

Clean, quiet, convenient. "Complimentary" breakfast choices not as good as other Hampton Inns

Will stay there again if I am ever in the Augusta area. Great breakfast. Loved the bonus of the sauna!
“Awesome Customer Service”
The staff was extremely professional and accommodating. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Breakfast was better than the typical Continental. They offered some warm food in additional to traditional continental items. The best value for your money.

Located in the heart of town and the people were great! Loved the continental breakfast as well.
“Great Hotel”
Everything was very modern and updated. The hotel was well maintained and clean. The contenental breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. We were very satisfied.
