The Rendezvous Grand Hotel Auckland has 452 guestrooms in an atrium-style building. It also houses a health centre with fitness area and 15-metre indoor lap pool. It can be sub-divided into five separate venues ranging from 105 square metres to 580 square metres. It also has a naturally lit pre-function area with registration desk and views over the Auckland skyline, which can be used for cocktails.
The 138-square-metre Coromandel Room, located off the Atrium Lounge, has natural light. It can hold from 30 to 70 people, with 80 in cocktail or banquet style.
The Tui Suites on the Rendezvous Grand Hotel's tenth floor have views over Auckland city and harbour, and are suitable for smaller meetings of up to 28. They range in size from 40 square meters to 61 square metres.
Secretarial services, audiovisual equipment, conference call phones and videos, and electronic whiteboards are available in all meeting rooms.
