The friendly staff. The room was nice n quiet Parking fees where too expensive for the motel. Oven overhead air filter needed a clean in our room. Luggage trolley would be great. We couldn't eat at the table due to tv being o it,suggest to hang tv on wall. Otherwise our stay was great and enjoyed the stay

My girlfriends and I stayed here for P!nk, super close to public transport but also didn’t feel like you were right in the city. Beautiful rooms with great views. Everything we needed for the day/night.

Very good apartment hotel in great location within walking distance to restaurants, shops, Sky City, etc (opposite Hertz car rental). The bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, bright and spacious. Very good bedding. We would definitely come back when in the area.

The hotel and the room were clean and looked newly renovated, we had a full kitchen with coffee and tea supplies.Thing to note that there is no reception between the evening hours and 8AM. We arrived on an early flight and had to wait outside.The windows do not open in the room. On a positive side, the room was ready before check in time. Overall, we had a good stay

Front desk staff made every effort to make our stay welcoming. The property is austere with no pictures on the walls, very minimalistic. To many overhead lights, no table lamps, no dressers, nightstands or end tables. No drawers for foldable clothing or underwear.

Only two blocks from Sky Tower. Good restaurants nearby for breakfast and lunch. Had one dinner close by. Stayed after a two week cruise. Nice to see Auckland on our own and not too far from dock area and ferries to Waiheke island.

The property was close to the sky drive coach station. This meant that we could catch this instead of a taxi. We had a corner suite which gave a good view of Auckland. The cooking facilities were great as we had pasta in the evening as well as washing our clothes. The only down side was the 100 dollar pre payment which we would get back eventually. The car park was ccinvenient and the staff were really helpful.

Good stay!
Conveniently located within waking distance to most key locations. Loved how spacious the room was and the ful kitchen. The room was priced right and I enjoyed some of the help from the front desk. The only thing I didn't like was the 10am check-out.
