“Extremely poor customer service, rude staff, bad location, not WORTH it at all”

Rude Staff, weird location, ZERO customer service, This is the most castrophobic accomodation I have spent my holiday at. extremely hot - not A/c... dont let the free breakfast and the interenet suck you in booking this place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

“Clean & convenient”

Bianco was clean and situated conveniently close to the CBD. Breakfast basket was adequate not over generous and they only refill the used items. So don't save a yoghurt for late night snack because you wont get it replaced for breakfast. Also less than generous with tea & coffee sachets they left two of each for each day of stay!!! Overall for the price it's good.

Not a bad location. Close to Queen street. Neighbourhood can be noisy, people voices in street can be amplified due to echo around surrounding buildings. Short walk down Queen street to centre of Auckland. Suited boys weekend for World Cup.

“WIFI is not free as advertised. Also Very loud street noise”

Basically the only reason I picked this place to stay at was because they advertised free internet. Once I check in I went to check the internet to see if my wife had received a letter from the immigration attorney to say that we are allowed back into Australia. However the internet was not free when I went to log in. It was $5 per hour. When I asked about the advertised free wifi tot he front desk - they told me to pick the $5 per hour option and use it once a day for an hour and then they would reimburse me $5 per each day. So I would only receive an hour of reimbursed internet that I would get reimbursed to me at the end of the week. Hotel was also about 50 metres away from a Youth Hostel which was noisey all night and all morning. There doesn't appear to be any sound proofing to the outside.

“Great value in central Auckland”

Bianco off Queen provides a modern apartment just off the main shopping street of Auckland. Excellent value for money with good quality fittings, including a washing machine drier and a continental breakfast thrown into the price. Safe underground parking and good security.

“Not good”

Customer service was bad. Location bad. Laundry, dryer and washer was a good add on for travelers like our group. We had a Rugby group who needed to wash the uniforms. Would not recommend to anyone.

“OK, but not 4 Stars”

I was a little let down from the pictures and 4 star rating. It is very close to Queen street, but its way on the north end, a long walk from the waterfront...the place we ended up liking the most. And the area felt a little too sketchy for comfort. The units were little apartments. I did think the kitchen had everything you need & it was nice having a little washer & dryer. But the couch was only a 2 seater (so you couldn't lie down) and it had the smallest TV I have ever seen in a living room in my life. There was no AC in the standard unit, and when we upgraded the 2nd night, the AC only blew out warm air. This really bothered my husband. But what bothered me the most was the carpet. It just looked old, dark & worn out. It was probably clean, but the worn out look brought the whole place down (and I kept my shoes on the whole time.) On the other hand, the front desk workers were very nice & helpful. And the little basket of breakfast food was a nice touch. They will also store your luggage on the last day, which is nice. And we go it very last minute for a good price (it was the cheepest 4 star on Expedia) so I guess it was OK for the money. I would only stay again if I was really trying to save money.

“Don't waste your time or money”

The hotel is not a hotel, but rather owned apartments that a "management company" rents out. The pictures of the rooms look good, but rooms were small and the beds were very uncomfortable. There was no A/C and a lot of street noise making keeping the windows open for circulation difficult. The parking garage was very hard to maneuver, even with a compact car, and the maintenance staff (we had issues with our washer and dryer not working properly) were very unfriendly. I would never stay at this place again and would certainly not recommend it.
