Room is spacious. Staffs are friendly. The front desk lady helped to check us in early with no hassle. Have to pay for parking but it’s reasonable price. Our room has a nice view of the Sky Tower. The location is great, walkable to all the restaurants and shopping. Shower is small thou.

Its a nice hotel for the price paid. The amenities are really good, theres too many hotels out there without microwaves so im glad there was one there. A review from the past mentioned a strange smell coming from the bathroom and i have to agree with that, however, once i realized it was coming from the toilet, i didnt worry too much. (I dont expect toilets to smell amazing, but still) The staff are awesome, heads up about the bond/deposit, the service was easy and the safety was really good

Good location, and friendly staff. Room was okay. Bed was not good. Two singles pished together made a large ridge in the middle of the bed, and the bed had a popped spring in one side. Supermarket right next door and sky tower on the next block, close to shops and waterfront.

Don’t use the pictures on the website as a guide to what the rooms looks like. They are very misleading and in no way represent the look of the hotel. The room I was in felt dirty, old and tired. Check in was late due to (I’m guessing the lack of staff) and there was no room service for the entire stay. The room was only cleaned after check out. It wasn’t particularly safe as you can walk in off the street straight and access the lift to any floor. The room next door had a group of men in drinking, playing loud music and making a lot of noise pre going out. I would advise against staying at this hotel especially if you are travelling as a family. It felt dirty and needs a lot of work updating the rooms. Next time I’ll stay at a chain hotel.
