“A convenient location and clean hotel”
It is in the downtown convenient to access every where. The parking is $18.00/night. A little noisy because of downtown traffic.
“The BEST spot in midtown Atlanta!!!”
This is a must stay hotel for your business or vacation home while in Atlanta. Chris, Scottie, Paul, and all the other staff are 1st rate! The Regency Suites will meet and exceed your expectations. Thanks to everyone who works at the Regency for making our stay the "BEST"!
“Very nice rooms, much bigger than i had thought.”
The hotel was very nice, it was clean and most of all comfortable. the room was large and had a very nice kitchenet in it. The accomodations and room service was fit for a king. Well done Regency!
“Three Days of Bliss”
This is a great hotel to stay at in the Midtown area of Atlanta. It is center to many great eateries. Nice friendly clerks. Just all around great place to stay.

Hotel was spectacular. Location was good for travelers with or without a car. Service was excellent, really friendly staff!
“Yes I would stay again at the Regency Midtown”
One thing I did notice that was quite odd though is the parking or driveway, there isn't one. You have to be dropped off right on the street along side the hotel. And if there is someone picking you up it's quite difficult to find a spot to wait for you they will have to continue to circle the area.

Conveniently located next to MARTA, a short walk to Georgia Tech and on the Tech Trolley line, too. A good breakfast, several fun restaurants nearby, clean and comfortable with a pleasant, knowledgeable staff.
“Wonderful place”
The staff was fabulous. It is right next to MARTA making it convenient to all. The only thing we missed was a pool.

This hotel truly is tucked into Midtown amidst office towers and busy streets. Within extremely close walking distance is a grocery store, liquor store, and a dance club & bar. We stayed for one night on the weekend and the price was right for that area. The size of the suites are ample and the mini-fridge and microwave definitely come in handy. Breakfast has the usual continental fare, but also a waffle maker for a hot item.
“Great experience”
A family member selected this hotel for guests traveling from out of town to his wedding. It is steps away from a MARTA (rapid transportation) stop and about 20-30 minutes from the airport. Many restaurants and midtown attractions within short, safe walking distance. Hotel staff very helpful. Not a large hotel but comfortable, great location. Only drawback is that there is no on-site bar for mingling with friends during the evening, although there are many within short walking distance.
