There is a hygiene problem in the hotel, especially the bathroom as it is a shared bathroom, it seems to be really old and the place overall needs to be done from top to bottom, also another problem was that the WiFi we were given wasn’t the hotel’s WiFi, instead, it was just the WiFi of a shop by the hotel which led to a lack of internet connection. The place may be worth the price as it is cheap but there is a lack of hygiene and services. Other than that the location of the hotel is good as it is situated in is really nice area of Athens and the staff is overall alright.

Decent but overpriced
Although the room was clean and partially renovated and the service was good, the place is very overpriced. It's hard to imagine staying for more than one or two nights given the small space, old building and tiny bath.

No one at the check in desk. Had to call the number but no reply. Waited about an hour eventually the cleaner showed and spoke with the owner who said that they had no reservation for me! None of the toilets or showers worked on any of the floors. Had to hold it in and beg to use the toilets of Everest the cafe near by. Did not have a wash. The door lock does not lock. Had an unwanted visitor - not sure by accident. Asked them to leave. Had to hide my belongings and looked like a crock when going on the hunt for facilities - toilet & shower. You know that saying "it looks like something, it tastes like sonething", luck I did not step on it", well this may look like a hotel, it feels like a hotel from the outside, wished I hadn't stayed in it from the inside. Waste of money and certainly did not get the basics of any hotel facilities. The current management are travellers living in a caravan and I guess they maybe used to no bathroom o toilet facilities but surely this should not be imposed on the paying public that have paid for it!

Cheap and convenient but filthy.
I'll start with the positives: It was very cheap. It also has very easy 24hr connection to airport by bus. However, the stay was not enjoyable. First impressions were good. They have spent money on the reception and it looks nice. However they had overbooked so left us waiting until they found us a room. As we went further into the hotel, it became obvious very quickly that all the money has been spent on reception and nowhere else. When we got to the room, it was filthy. I have stayed in many budget hotels and have no problem with basic accommodation but there is no excuse for not cleaning. (As an example, there were FIVE half-empty bottles of water dotted around the room, on top of the wardrobe there were some rizla and filters among the dust, the shower was appallingly mouldy and there was a musty smell generally in the room. We only spent a very short time there, as we arrived late and had an early flight, but overall the experience was very disappointing. I would advise the hotel to focus on cleaning as matter of urgency as there is nothing more off-putting to a guest than a dirty room.

Hotel horrible à éviter
Hotel miteux, insalubre. Publicité mensongère. Accueil mauvais. Très mauvaise expérience. Fuite dans la SDB. Mauvaise odeur, drap et matelas tachée. Clim ne fonctionnait pas. 2 adultes et un enfant facturé en adulte. Tous ce qui devait y avoir n'y était.

Unprofessional welcome, difficult to find my reservation, dilapidated hotel, not maintained, no hot water, no heating, carpet full of stains, no WiFi in the room, no television, door to room number 8 impossible to close, no separation of the terrace from the adjoining bedroom.

Hotel w fatalnym stanie. Dostaliśmy pokój z grubą warstwą kurzu na meblach. Wykładzina tak brudna że aż obrzydzenie brało. Do tego brudne ściany i reszta dopełniała widoku. Prysznic, toaleta... Dramat. Ja rozumiem, że to hotel 1* ale czy w takich hotelach otrzymuje się w pakiecie aż taki syf? Nie muszę mieć luksusów, gdybym chciała wynajelabym coś innego. Wystarczy mi czyste miejsce. Być może w hotelach 1* czystość to luksus. Zapamiętam. Lokalizacja fajna, nic poza tym. Dobrze, że tylko na weekend bo odpocząć się tam nie dało. To był mój jedenasty wyjazd do Grecji. A nightmare !
À nightmare !!! A dirty room Unlike the ad. No bathroom and no AC .. the shared bathroom iwas filthy with a sink held by a piece of wood No shutters at all ... and on top’of Everything a terrible night .for a couple oh hours.noise screaming and moving furniture In a word this hotel must be erased from Your listing ASAP because it is a rip off and a dump !!!! Вонючий отель в прекрасном районе у моря.
Думал просто переночевать с полуночи до утра горизонтальное положение в кровати. Но номер вонючий там не выспаться из-за этого (в принципе если бы не запах старья и гнили я был бы доволен, дешевле нет) все старое допотопное огромный вентилятор годов с 60х, какие то телефоны, коридоры грязные. Вид на больницу и слева море. Внизу можно перекусить. Непонятна глупость Греции в таком замечательном месте такой ужасный отель, там должна стоять как минимум 5* ну или качественная 3* за 30-40€. А этот отель не стоит даже своих 24-27€ лучше снимайте квартиру за эти деньги нормально не выспитесь из-за ужасного запаха. Но если для вас запах не важен и суперстарье и белье бу в корридорах то из плюсов ещё есть паркинг.
