"Staff were friendly and welcoming. They helped facilitate taxi services to and from the airport when i traveling to Tobago in the middle of my stay. The property is gorgeous and well maintained. The food is pricey at the ground floor market but yummy. The exchange restaurant however I was not a fan of. The food was just okay and for the price and the quality of hotel i expected better. Overall i enjoyed myself. "

"We stayed here for Carnival week and arrived Thursday and did not receive any house keeping until we checked out a week later. Room was cheap for Carnival but understandably so. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were friendly and helpful. Felt safe in location but it isn't a walkable area and need to get transportation to anywhere in Port of Spain. No phone in room.
