"This is NOT a hotel but an unmanned hostel. My code to the front door did not work. I found a groundskeeper who was rude and told me it was my fault. (I know how keypads work!). Because I could not get my code to unlock the door I could not leave to go get dinner in fear of not being able to get back in. "Convenient location in between Malung and Mora. On the website I saw that bed linens and towels could be ordered ahead of time since we did not travel with our own. Cabin was clean. WiFi only worked in kitchen. TV was for DVDs only, no local channels. I didn't realize I'd have to supply my own toilet paper. When I would contact the staff, they would keep reminding us that it was not a hotel and that we would have to supply some items. I guess next time, we'll stay in a hotel."
