“OK but won't be back in a hurry!”
Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Needs a refurbishment. Carpets in room were dirty, wall paper was coming off in places - generally a bit shabby. I wonder how they are rated and whether they are regularly checked to see if they are keeping up to standard (I suspect not.) Food wasn't great, seemed like they catered more towards German tourists. The cleaner on our floor was very friendly despite not speaking any English and the rooms were cleaned everyday (apart from when we asked them not to bother). Walls were very thin and guests from the next door came and complained that we were making too much noise - on a saturday night! However it was 11pm and we had just landed so wasn't aware of the time - no further complaints but this made my girlfriend anxious about us being too loud for the rest of the holiday. Not allowed food or beverages from outside up in our rooms or in the public areas such as the swimming pool - we just snuck it in our room and was fine (think this is standard practise) - Don't know why we can't have water by the pool but I've heard this is common in Turkey. DONT EXPECT A BALCONY even if you have booked it, we even emailed ahead to request this. However we didn't pay THAT much and I guess you get what you pay for. Swimming pools were good and I guess this time of year - it's out of season so wasn't that busy which was a plus. Sauna was very hot! Gym was sufficient but could do with sorting out the air conditioning down there. OK but won't be back in a hurry.
“not impressed at all”
will never go back again and do not recommend for stay in Antalya. Very dirty bath rooms. Very poor breakfast.
“Great old facility.”
We had mixed reviews. The hotel has a bar on top floor. It is frequented by local men and "working girls". The music is loud, they smoke and talk on cell phone in the halls. Impossible to sleep. After first night the hotel moved us to as great room where we were able to enjoy the visit, sleep at night and had more privacy without the invasion of the locals at the bar.
