The staff is friendly, from the valet, to the restaurant, the cleaning staff, to the front desk at check in and check out. The location can't be beat, right in town on "Ego Alley". It was just as I expected - perfect!

Excellent staff.Doormen very helpful and friendly. Large room. 2 1/2 blocks from GWU Metro Walking distance from Georgetown Shopping and restaurants.Tremendous room rate through Expedia!
“Dining & Parking”
Dining room needs an update. Breakfast service good, but you are limited in nearby affordable places. Parking has a 20% tax which bring rate to $42.
“another great weekend in Annapolis”
perfect weekend from the sunny 70 degree weather to the fabulous food to the end of the day when we dove into our king-sized soft & comfy bed with tons of pillows that nestled us into a dreamy nights sleep. Once again the Annapolis Marriott showed us what the standard should be in well run first class hotel!
“mot impressed”
They had a mandatory valet service due to location. When I requested our vehicle to leave they were unable to find the keys. I set out with my remote to see if I could locate it which I did on a different floor of the garage with the drivers window down and keys in the ignition!Not what I would call secured parking.
“Nice Place”
Unfortunately we checked in very late and ended up with one king bed for myself and my 22 year old son. He's not keen on sharing a bed with mom! We went back to the desk and said they absolutely had nothing else. I had booked a two-bed room. I wasn't happy but also learned a lesson about checking in at midnight!
“great location, terrible customer service”
Hotel location could not be better, right in the center of everything. Updated and for the most part clean. Customer service was horrific. I had a problem with a filthy robe that needed to be replaced and they were rude and dismissive. Also, I asked for help with booking tours and they could not help me bc they did not work with the companies that I wanted to book and were of no help at all. VERY poor customer service all around.
“Noisy night”
Was not what we expected for the price. Our room had no view and there was noise from a nearby mechanical room which kept us up much of the night. The best thing was the location, but we saw other hotels a little farther out that provided free shuttle service to the downtown area.
