“Very Satisfactory Stay.”
Was very happy with my stay. The room was very clean, staff friendly and attentive, and I will definitely return.
“Frequent Fairfield”
We have stayed at the Fairfield in Ann Arbor many times and have always been pleased.

From check-in to time of check-out the customer service was excellent. Very friendly staff and willingness to make sure our stay was good was at top notch level.
“Nice hotel for a very reasonable price”
Location is perfect, close to everything in town and the expressway. The room was very clean and free breakfast was above avarage.

This was a really good stay for a fair price in the Ann Arbor area.
“Bathroom sink”
The only thing less than superb is the sink in the main room. This I do not like. Why is the bathroom sink not in the bathroom?

I've traveled to Ann Arbor to attend the football Spring game 7 or 8 times now. It's always a good time and I've stayed in a few different hotels (no complaints on any of them). I will say though, my experience with Fairfield Inn made me want to tell others about it. Everything about our stay was pleasant, from the friendly staff to the comfertable bed to the powerful showerhead to the big breakfast. Needless to say, we'll be back next year and Fairfield Inn is where we'll be staying.

Stayed one night while visiting U of Michigan. Had everything we needed.

Good ---- - great indoor pool and hot tub - location next to a big mall (briarwood) - free parking - great for seeing ann arbor Bad --- - a few miles from the main centre of ann arbor - free internet not great in the hotel lobby, but it worked (most days)
“Outstanding service and very clean.”
First off, the front desk clerk, Michael I believe his name was...he has outstanding customer service. He was very polite and helpful. They are lucky to have him there. Our room was nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable. We made use of the jacuzzi and pool. They were both clean and nice. The AM breakfast was very good, and the lady working the breakfast was very nice and helpful. Overall, great place to stay. Would definitely stay there again.
