A nice place, yet the area at night is not safe for walking. If you checking with your girlfriend or wife. They should not be asking her for is if you coming back later that evening. As is very annoying and insulting of one is married. They need a better understanding of that.

Great modern 1 bedroom apartment. Ample room. Big wardrobe, safety deposit box, the most comfirt bed I've slept on in a long time, good size fridge and freezer. Twin hotplate, frypan and saucepan provided. Unfortunately the cutlery wasnt clean. Dining room table and chairs, good size bathroom with hot water, daily housekeeping, free bottled water and friendly staff

Property is in a fairly good location close to walking street. Cleaniness was average. What was really frustrating for me is the wifi. Its 2024 and wifi is still terrible, might be Angeles in general.

Over all good place to stay . Only.the issue we jad is the quantity of the wi fi. Staff is friendly. Property is clean and on good location. Definitely will chose again.

Internet was a disaster. One evening I had a scheduled Zoom meeting with colleagues in the US. Halfway through the meeting, the Internet suddenly went out! When I asked the management when it would be back online, they said, "Try again tomorrow". I had to go to another hotel with a stable Internet connection and book a short-time room, re-joining the meeting half an hour later. The connection going down was bad enough, but just as frustrating was the management's lack of desire to fix the problem, or at least try.

Excellent chooce for lower budget visitors
Everything you need for low vost stays. Staff were great, feels safe and secure, rooms cleaned/ beds changed daily/on demand. Few minor niggles: shower not great and didn't drain well but hot as you want; safe didn't work properly, window aircon not as quiet as split type. But bonus of small kitchen and large fridge outweighed any niggles. Id definitely stay again.

Lovely 1 bedroom apartment. Charged us an extra 500 pesos because of 1 child added to room but still good value. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

The air conditioning unit is quite noisy as it is a window type On my room 3k the noise of the automatic water pump is quite noisy also

stay here for sure
its a great hotel for a short stay, been here for 2 days, its near to everything you need , near to the main walking street, just the blanket is too thin , but its fine for me!

Decent hotel & neighbourhood on d negative.
1) hotel is fairly new but room facilities like carpenters items are giving way & need relegular maintenance. (2) had water retention in shower areas which mentioned to mgmt. (3) access road is like dark alley. Gd to hv street lighting esp when rtn at wee hrs. Overall, property is decent to stay.

Why I always come back...
I’ve stayed here many times and it always feels comfortable. The location is close to everything that you want to do but it’s quiet enough to take some relaxation time. You can sleep in the room and not hear all the noise. You basically see the same returning customers because they like the place.

The positives good new hotel, good price, clean room and bathroom, safe in room. About 8 minute walk to main shopping mall and 5 minute walk to walking street. The negatives not good area it is in a back street. Wifi ok check that they have got your wifi for your room working see reception it not going. I would stay here again.

My Rishan Village experience.
I’ve stayed at Rishan Village four times now. The place feels comfortable for me. I don’t need to use any fancy facilities so that helps lower the costs of the stay. The staff is good at keeping the place clean and comfortable. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. The only problem is walking at night away from the hotel, you would have to walk through some sketchy dark allies to get to the action.

Good value if you can deal with the small issues
the bad: -sheets and towels had slight dirt marks for some reason _sheet too small and with 2 people both will argue over it as u get so cold _noisy rooster and people selling things _no phone _security doesn't ask permission to you for guest to leave _only cutlery is forks and spoon but no kmives _hot water sometimes only warmish _pillows big (I prefer small ones) _no extra sheet or any blanket the good: _decent curtains that blockout the sun _good aircon _clean _has balcony _big fridge

Good hotel with great staff.
The staff were excellent!, the room was great, but the bathroom was not up to mark. The water was not draining, the shower curtain is of no use. The location is so so.

nice condotel, was newly opened in April. The staff was very nice. The location is walking distance to Fields and SM Clark mall. you get good value for your money, especially room comfort since they have a table, small kitchen, etc. It's a Condotel, so they don't have a restaurant in hotel, but you can go to Fields for that.

Very nice place to stay, practically brand new! very close to walking Street! one bedroom condo staff is very friendly and helpful with your needs. This place should cost around anywhere from 50 to $75 a night plus a 30 and night it's a steal! I don't think you'll be disappointed!

大通りから少し奥まった場所の為、夜間は灯りや人通りもなく、犬が多数徘徊、現地の人からも危ない場所だと言われました。 スタッフには文句ないのですが、設備はきちんとしたホテルと比較するとかなり劣ります。 あくまで安価に、自炊前提である程度長く逗留するならありかも。
