Close to train station. Did not like the early morning fire alarm going off at 6am. and to wait outside. Also i think that they need to heat the plates up for breakfast will make food stay hotter longer. Thanks.

I had a fantastic stay, the only downfall would’ve been having the room next to the gym. You could hear the weights dropping on the floor, morning time and night time when other guest were using it.

Very American .. free parking. The train to the airport and and to the city center is kind of expensive .. no shuttle .. standard Hampton Inn breakfast.

Hotel stood surrounded by a moat, very unique. Hotel was clean, modern, quiet, room lovely, bed comfortable, buffet breakfast well stocked with good variety of tasty fresh food, staff helpful. Location good near train station, also only twenty minutes walk to centre of Hoofddorp with plenty of dining options.

Good option for price versus staying in city centre as train station close by for getting to City centre or elsewhere - Hotel staff are pleasant, breakfast was a little hit and miss but always plenty of items - housekeeping was a little more hit and miss as in missed us completely one day and did not clear away dirty dishes another day and left another key card in the slot on the other day. Odd that there was not mattress protector so you can feel the shape of the mattress but the bed was comfy. Personally not a fan of a sliding bathroom door that does not shut properly especially when sharing room with a child - A few comments but good for the price and despite the mentioned items I would stay there again - Uber to airport was only euro 15 on departure and the team kindly kept our bags. Better use a bus to Haarlem if you are planning to visit there it was a fraction of a price of the train. I have stayed in Hamptons elsewhere in the world and this was a little less comfortable and well set up than others.

This is an airport area hotel, but they have NOT had an airport shuttle for 3 years. We’ve stayed here several times pre-COVID and it’s a great facility and staff, and near train station. Airport shuttle should be part of their offering.

Beds are soooo hard. Bad sleep
Hotel is nice and very nice breakfast but omg. The beds are soooooo hard. I hardly slept at all. Woke up many times in the night finally got up at 7 as was so uncomfortable. I am afraid this hotel needs to improve the comfort of the rooms.

The hotel was very convenient from the airport. One we found the Sprinter train, it was a short walk.
We also appreciated the early breakfast time as we had an early flight.

Spacious and very warm room, not able to have under 19degrees , but were very clean . Staff were excellent, great breakfast. Transport from the train station or buses is a ten minute walk away, not very well signposted, but easy enough.
A good place to stay if you don't mind travelling into Amsterdam, one stop on the train from Schiphol Airport.

For two nights stay, the card-key didn't work for the whole time. It wasn't convenient for my family to go in and out of the room in these two days.

My stay was not one that I would do over, missed my flight due to weather. I book for the night only to be told when I get there that I will be unable to get a key, if I leave my room they would have to let me hack in my room. The Hotel restaurant was not in service, and they provided no airport shuttle. I felt like a prisoner in the room.

We expected a better quality room from Hilton by Hampton considering the price and the location of the property is not in central Amsterdam.

Thought it had better transportation links to AMS, but there was a sign suggesting to check to see if the train was running before you left for AMA. No longer has a shuttle. Made it fine to AMS, but i will stay elsewhere next time
