“Pleasantly surprised and will go back!”

My husband and I have stayed at many hotels on my husbands business trips. This came very close to being as nice as some of the 4 star hotels we have stayed at. The bed was very comfortable. We had been staying various places on the way west and this was by far the most comfortable bed. The bathroom was large and very clean. The staff was helpful and courteous. Nice indoor pool and hot tub. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Overall a very pleasant stay.

“Good choice in AMA”

Stayed at this Hotel in June 09 - the Hotel is new, clean, and very comfortable. The pool was a hit with the kids - about 3 feet deep for a good sized section. Very convenient to the freeway, and restaurants all around. Breakfast buffet was also very good. I would definately stay there again.

“A very satisfying experience.”

Stayed for one night during a road trip. It is a very nice and clean place to stay, the staff is polite and professional. Overall a very satisfying experience. I will stay again, next time I go through Amarillo.

“Believe the customer reviews!”

We booked here because of excellent traveler ratings, and were not disappointed. New building, comfy bed. There is a good restaurant next door for dinner and the hotel breakfasts were varied and fine. We were unable to book a return visit at the same rate, since prices had escalated.

We loved how comfortable, clean, and quiet this place is. The suites were spacious, though it would have been nice to have a door between the bedroom and living room.

“Nice new hotel off the Interstate”

I found this hotel to meet my expectations except for a few small items. I stayed for two nights and the coffee pot was not washed after the first night, nor was the coffee/tea replenished. However, a front desk person delivered it within 3 minutes of my call asking for it. Another thing was that there were four pillows, two cases were embroidered with the word Soft and two with the word Firm. But three were firm and only one was soft. Something that I do not appreciate about Holiday Inn Expresses overall is that the breakfast closes at the same time seven days a week. I prefer to have a later window on the weekends.
