"Very Disgusting Service and Unpleasant Experience by KGN Guest House:
1. Two Bookings was debated and treated as like a Single Booking.
2. Rooms assigned wasn't ready for accommodation and foul smelling.
3. Debated the online booking confirmations and confronted for one hour on arrival while given the same room to offline persons.
4. All pillows, towels and toilets were dirty. Most of the good photos provided in the website was belonging to VACCANY INN adjoining the KGN.
5. The Service person cribbed and treated us bad all through the stay.
6. Most of the electricals were open end wires and fans weren't working in both rooms.
7. On top of all ot was shown 700 mts from lake whereas it was 2.2 Kms from Lake.
8. All together the entire property was like a Bat Cave in look and feel and smell."
