“North to South stop-over”

The staff in this Parador are FANTASTIC. Nothing is too much trouble. The dinner in the restaurant really was FIRST CLASS - food and service. Breakfast choice was exceptional BUT all the hot food was just warm and all the cold food was just warm - which is a pity because it could easily have been as great as the previous night's dinner.
