“Convenient Location”
Very central to town & shopping centre. Will be much better once the central pool is complete. Could do with some new pillows -- head sinks into them
“Not Interested”
1. No-one was on the desk when I wanted to check in, and no-one came during the 5 minutes I waited; there was no bell to ring. 2. There were no hand-towels and only one face cloth in a room for three people; the face-cloth was not replaced for the second day of my stay. 3. There was no hand-basin plug. 4. The beds were poorly made-up. 5. There were faecal smears on the wall in the toilet/bathroom. 6. There was no toilet brush. 7. Although at check-in I was told we were entitled to continental breakfast, our room number was not on the list at breakfast the next morning.
“Run down hotel”
The hotel is well located and central to Todd mall however the rooms have not been updated in quite a while. The room appeared clean however there was an odour present. I stayed in two different rooms after a night down at Uluru. I wish I had spent an extra $20-$30 on a better hotel.
“All Seasons”
On arrival we found that Expedia had not transferred our booking and its information. This meant a lengthy wait at reception which would have been fine, were it not for the rudeness and general incompetence of the 'graduate training manager' on the desk. He was also rude to another set of people checking in within our hearing. The room was fine, but the towels were dirty. Their 'bar manager' seemed to be handling pouring drinks for the first time and we were somewhat brusquely informed at breakfast, that our room with free breakfast(no limitations set when booked)didn't include any of the hot food. Which we then watched go to waste. This is not a hotel I would recommend. Surly staff who make you feel that slip ups are your fault, does not make for a pleasant experience.
