“Well Situated Hotel”

The Front Desk was extremely helpful in co-ordinating local calls to tour groups and other hotel outside of Alice Springs. The Front Desk attendants were also helpful with directions to specific places in Alice Springs. All-in-all, they were most accomodating.

“Further out of town than we expected.”

Studio room - basic. TV on wall bracket far too high - almost near celing and couldn't be adjusted. Had a sleepless first night due to very noisy air conditioning unit on outside bedroom wall, which appeared to be faulty. On reporting this to staff in the morning they were very helpful and apologetic and upgraded us to a first class one bedroom apartment at no extra cost to us. Would recommend the bedroom apartments if holidaying there for a few days. Staff very friendly and helpful.
