"They advertise free rides to airport. I was told that the driver starts working at 8am. My flight was leaving at 6am. I had to take an UBER $30.00. I had no cold water in the shower, so I talked to the front desk he sent someone to see it. YES that was all he did ! See it. Not worth the money that I paid for. SHERATON franchise.👎👎👎"

"I love that the works had good customer service skills. I didn’t like that I had to get to the hotel room and get new bedding because there were hair and stains on my bedding. I didn’t like that I got Stuck on the elevator, was happy that the person on duty got me off fast. I liked that the Maintiance team on own brought me towels or other things as needed. That two the second shift team that made things great, It was two young ladies on day shift that was real helpful. The last thing I didn’t like was that they checked me out of my room before my day was to check out."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The hotel looks nothing like the photos advertised online. There is no real lobby as shown in the pictures. Check-in is done through a glass window, similar to a basic roadside motel. When I entered my room, I immediately noticed that the bed sheets were dirty and stained. I contacted the front desk and requested clean sheets, but the staff refused, saying they were busy and that because the hotel was full, they had no extra clean sheets available. A hotel not having clean sheets for guests is completely unacceptable. The room itself was in very poor condition. There was a hole in the wall, and there was a bucket placed under the sink to collect leaking water. Within 20 minutes of checking in, I contacted Expedia customer service, provided photos of the room conditions, and explained the issues. Unfortunately, no meaningful assistance was provided. As a solo traveler, I also felt unsafe. There were groups of people sitting outside the property drinking and smoking throughout my stay. The overall atmosphere felt more like a long-term living facility than a hotel for travelers. Between the misleading photos, dirty sheets, poor room condition, lack of customer service, and safety concerns, I would not recommend this hotel and would strongly advise others to consider staying elsewhere."

"Hotel is clean but not well maintained. Room was clean except the comforters were visibly dirty (like someone ate Cheetos and wiped theirs hands) but sheets and bathroom were clean. Bathroom tub was terrible why I’m giving 3 star. Needs replacing and shower head was pulled out of wall and old. Breakfast was good. Will stay again but hopefully have better maintained bathroom. Area is fine just off I49."

"Well it was cheap and all we needed was one night so it was good for that breakfast was good there were dips int eh floor on the second story that seemed to be from flooding around the vending machines and shower curtains had mold and smell of mildew throughout the whole second floor but workers were very kind"
