“Great room, okay hotel.”
Really nice room with very comfortable bed. The hallway was a bit smokey, but the room was great. The bed was more comfortable than the one in my Palazzo Suite.
“Great service and cleanliness, dinosaur television”
We were very impressed with the facilities; they were clean, comfortable, and very quiet because of the location. Staff was very welcoming, friendly, and informative. Breakfast was great, although they could have filled up the bread box, as there was only one kind of bagel left when we arrived. The only downfall, albeit minor, was the tv. There was no menu, and it took forever to switch channels, which meant no channel surfing for us! That was the only thing that needed upgrading. Overall, we would probably stay there again, as we were impressed with the staff and facilities. It had a very homey feeling, which we liked.

It was easy access to the Albany Airport as well as easy 2-turn from the hotel to Union College in Schenectady, NY.

The hotel was in great shape, and the rooms feel clean and spacious. The bed was very comfortable, and provided a very good night rest. The endless supply of coffee and tea was much appreciated.

This hotel was very courteous and attentive to my needs. The breakfast was very good with fresh fruit and hot meal choices also. The shuttle was very helpful in getting me to my meetings on time. If I go back to Albany area I will stay here again!

Only complaint was the inoperable windows as it would have been nice to get a little fresh air. Complimentary breakfast was good. Walking distance to many eateries. Northway entrance just down the block. Used this location twice recently.
