The house I had was good, the sleep was good and all rooms were cleaned and tidy, the internet wasn't working at all, I tried everything. Overall stay was amazing.

Place was quiet and cleaned nicely. Lots of small touches not expected such as towels on beds with soaps, basic cleaning and bathroom supplies, a good recycling system, nice outdoor deck and fans in each room. The ceiling fans are rather dirty and the toilet fan only works intermittently. But besides that and for some reason not having access to the garage to park in, this home is home away from home and there was everything we needed and more. Local IGA nearby was great for a quick shop. Loved our stay in Albany.

It was very pleasant and close enough to shops ect and nice quite location. Owner was very accommodating with our Pets and this was a huge bonus. Would re rent it again.

House was lovely and clean and well appointed. the only issue for us was we were sent (from Stayz) a message to say we could access the house at 12pm - when we got there at 12.20pm the owners were still cleaning the house and were a little bit 'annoyed' that we had arrived, as they say they had informed Stayz of the change from 12 to 1pm

Quiet Place
We spent three nights at Robert's place. The house is located in very quiet, residential suburb. House is well equipped, and it is a big space, especially deck. Sadly it was raining and very windy so we didn't use it. We found it a little far from shops or cafes. Thank you.

The house is very clean and spacey, the kitchen is amazingly full and well equipped. The bedrooms are comfy and cozy. It’s very close to everything in Albany and I highly recommend it to those travel to Albany.

Very comfortable, lots of room with a fabulous outside deck area. Well equipped kitchen. Great secure back garden area for the dogs. Allways grateful to find good accommodation when travelling with pets. Good communication with host. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

Clean spacious accommodation in a nice quiet arra
The whole experience was perfect from booking and communication to staying! It was so spacious and clean! Everything you needed was there and the area is quiet and beautiful! A park just down the road to walk our little dog and the place was central and close to everything!

Great location in the heart of Albany! Clean & comfortable, great outdoor area!
We loved our stay! Large house, perfect entertaining alfresco balcony area with BBQ. All linen and bedding was supplied, WIFI, kitchen was decked out with everything you need to cook your own meal. Rob was really lovely to communicate with. Thanks again for making our stay wonderful.

Spacious, clean home. Close to town centre. Quiet neighbourhood.
Everything you could possibly ask for in a holiday home. Only problem was the fairly loud electrical humming noise coming from a locked room next to one of the bedrooms, making it fairly had to get to sleep without focusing on it.

We had a wonderful stay at Yakamia for our first family holiday:) The property was only a stones throw drive from the main city centre and we were close to everything else. The host Robert was very accommodating to our needs and even providing a high chair and baby bouncer for our little one. It was great having the full kitchen set up to cook meals for us and be able to prepare and sterilise bottles for our little one as well. The house was well equipped and had everything that you need for a comfy stay

Great Pet Friendly Base to Explore
It is always challenging to find a property that accepts a cat, even if they are an indoor cat and totally well behaved. We were very happy to find this great accommodation not over priced, as that is another thing with pets that some places throw in a ridiculous surcharge, that was in a good location. The neighbourhood was nice and quiet and the house is close to Emu Point and Albany central. It has everything you need for a pet stay. Rob, the owner, was communicative and made things easy. Thanks for a great stay we hope to come back again.
