Emu Point Chalets
Wonderful location. Clean and tidy chalets with all your needs. Nestled in nature and only a 5-10 minute walk to the beach. Lovely hearing the birds.

Weekend getaway with dogs
Hubby and I stayed for 2 nights with our border collies. There was enough space to set up the puppy crate and a few toys. There is no enclosed area, so we brought our tether points so we could sit outside and drink a coffee while the dogs played. The kitchen was small but we'll appointed. The bed was comfortable. The draw card is the proximity to the beach which we all loved. Could have easily stayed another couple of days.

Great stay for family with dogs.
A great place for family and dogs (VIPs). Loved the access to the beach. The walks were fabulous. Stay was cosy and warm with plenty of appliances.

A good place but….
Unfortunately it was difficult to have my dog with me because of the restrictions and rules for pets, more than expected. I would not bring a pet again. The chalet was great although the lighting is rather hardh.

Sorry the pet rules were more restrictive than you would have liked but we do go by council regulations regarding pets in bedrooms, and other rules as to keep everyone safe and happy while staying here. Thank you for your review.

Perfect pooch parlour.
Awesome quiet, close to beach, wonderfully appointed and decorated chalets! Comfy bed. Wonderful shower. We will be back! Sooo friendly the staff!

Emu chalets in the winter....
We were very pleased to be able to stay near the beach with our Jack Russels. Coming from inland being at the beach made up for the stuttering start. Communication did not happen smoothly, and there was still some confusion when i was there in person, however im sure it can be sorted asap. It was full on a Saturday night, no noise intruded and we were comfortable with elec blankets and heaters. Tho the wifi said connected with no internet so im not sure why that was so... I'm sure we will visit again. All in all we were happy to have a handy facility for a small break away from home

Stormy weekend away
We were both looking forward to having a good look around Albany, however we had to cut the weekend short to to storm damage at home 6 hours away so we didn’t even get a chance to get to the beach, next time for sure. We will be back and scooter love the dog friendly place all the new smells for her was great

Accommodation for work and relaxation
Prime spot, great for small dogs with a guest, great bbq area, great walks, comfortable and relaxing, surf sounds were great. Not modern and not setup for computer based work, TV reception dreadful. Not as cheap as some alternatives but tp marks for friendliness and ambience.

love staying at Emu Point
Great location, nice and quiet and fairly comfortable accommodation (beds could do with a mattress topper, but I take my own). It didn't have the dog beds and bowls the ad said it would but I needed to buy another dog bed anyway so no biggy and I always take their food and water bowls with us.

On this occasion we were not advised via your online booking that you were bringing pets. Any time something is not quite right please let us know so we can rectify any issues immediately. Thank you for review, we aim to provide pet friendly, family friendly budget accommodation in Albany's premier suburb of Emu Point. Our chalets come with a fully equipped kitchen, free WiFi and provide bedding, bowls and towels for our VIP's (Very Important Pets). Just 80 m from Emu Beach and surrounded by natural bush-land we are in a great location. Apologies for not meeting your expectations.

As I see it
Good location, friendly staff, clean linen and at eye level, floors could improve. The apartment is in need of updating a few things, front door opening into bathroom was a real turn off for me. Left a day earlier as we have seen what we wanted to see and the apartment was not inviting to just sit and relax. However, I thank all the staff whom we met as everyone was extremely polite and helpful. Thanks PS Maybe I appear a little picky but I have worked in the industry and am very aware of what is expected. Kind Regards Maria

Glad you found our linen to your liking as well as our staff. The door from the carport is the back door which has locks on both doors for privacy, the sliding door facing the parkland can be used when other doors are locked. Thanks again for your review.

Clean and near the beach and their accept dogs. Although we brought our own bedding for the dogs, bedding, bowls & towels were provided. Loved walking along the beach with our dogs. Friendly staff on check in, lovely units, everything we needed was supplied. Our bed was very comfortable too. Will recommend this place

Great location, the boys enjoyed playing ball out on the grass. Facilities were clean and they are pet friendly which is really good for us if we took our pup with us.

Hassle free.
Our stay was great. Everything was as advertised and wonderfully clean and tidy. Our fur baby enjoyed her morning walks along the beach and boardwalk. Checking in and out was hassle free. Would recommend to anyone who needs accommodation and has pets to consider.
