“3rd times a CHARM!!!”

VERY IMPRESSED with the recent renovations! All new bathrooms, carpets, bedding, vanity, etc. This is my 3rd time at this hotel and each time they've improved the conditions. Same young man at the front deak - very thorough and polite! Spotless room! Comfy queen bed! No weird noises! Skipped the continental breakfast and grabbed some DD rest next door before heading back home! Will stay again, and again, and again!

“An affordable Motel to stay in Capital City”

A decent place to stay for a night or two in a no frills hotel which has been offering resonably big size rooms with all essential amenities at about 50 % discounted price . While the continental breakfast was free , fair and simple , it was good enough to suffice and satisfy morning apetite . With systematic angular parking spots spacious enough to park in without juggling , one can not complain about casual appearance of building from out side , walking isles and stairs -especially when there is plenty of room to sit in a well lit cozy Hall and breakfast area with working vending and ice machine nearby . With less than 7 to 10 straight miles to drive to downtown Albany and other important places in Capital city , any reasonable mind will agree that you can not get anything better than this bargain price in a Capital city of the Empire State at this time of year . For any one who wants to live economically during business , personal or social visits to Capital City and is ready to Check out in time , Econo Lodge , Albany is the right place .

“close to the airport”

It is a good hotel if you are flying to Albany, because it's close to the airport, so you just can go and rest after the trip. There is a bus stop in front of the hotel that takes you to downtown, it runs every 15 minutes. I arrived to the hotel midnight and I checked out in the morning, so I don't know much about the area, but it was a good deal for the price. The thing that I wanted them to have is an airport shuttle. I think if they had it would be perfect.

“Continental breakfast served with kindness.”

This is a motel for an overnight. The room was clean and the bathroom was in shape. It was fairly quiet with the exception of an incident with many sirens going by. It suited my needs for an overnight stay. On the down-side, the complimentary continental breakfast was lacking in fresh fruit and non-wheat-based food choices. Also there was only 1 creamer included with the in-room coffee which was not adequate.

“Albany”

I've stay here every month when I travel to the area. The rooms are always clean and up-to-date. The hotel is quiet and secure.

“Worth it”

You can't beat it for the price. We were attending a concert in Albany and we live 3 hours away. Didn't want to spend more than the price of another ticket. The room was clean, there were multiple restaurants near that were open late, and it was far enough off the road so I could get my beauty sleep without being awakened. The continental breakfast was an added bonus. I give my highest rating to the staff. They were professionals. It's not the Waldorf, but it was convenient and comfortable.
