"Hotel deco looking tired, corridor carpets dirty, doesn't supply 2 room entry cards per couple, bathrooms towels are old & frayed. The duty manager appeared to be cold and unwelcoming. Generally we got the impression the management was not investing enough into the hotel. some of the dining room staff gave good service and the chef accommodated our special requests."
"At first instance it seems to be little orthodox and unsafe at night for lonely couple. However, atmosphere is eclectic. Property is well maintained housing good restaurant, swimming pool, rooms with AC and wooden furniture and walls.
Open bathroom is its uniqueness. Hotel reception is quite helpful in booking auto to ferry to city center as the resort is little away from the town. "
"Pool and outside areas poor, very dirty
Room cleaning staff great
Reception desk good
Restaurant staff some great but some very poor
Wifi strong near reception but rarely worked in rooms"

Luxurious property in backwaters
"Stayed here for a night during our Kerala trip. The property is very well maintained and all rooms had a backwater view. The check in was smooth. There were a lot of complimentary and paid activities. We did the sunset cruise and did a paid shikara ride for 2 hours. The bf buffet was good. Wi-Fi worked fine. The stay was value for money. Wish we could stay longer. Next time maybe "
