"My wife and I chose this apartment hotel, and we were not mistaken. We spent a total of 2 weeks in this beautiful place. The staff was friendly and welcoming, with pleasant ladies and gentlemen at the reception always greeting us with a smile. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience staying in this place. It is very clean, modern, and cozy. I recommend it to those who love peace and comfort."

"Personnel working in hotel was amazing. Evening receptionist a young guy was really very helpful and polite! Rooms are cleaned daily. Cafe downstairs was also very nice and with pleasant staff working there. We really enjoyed our stay in Comfort Suites. "

"The hotel is located in a quiet spot, which was a great advantage for us (central Alanya looks more like a market and is busy and noisy). The room was in perfect condition and was cleaned regularly. Bottled water was provided every day. Selection of food was good, maybe not as diverse as in more expensive hotels but there were always several options for mains and a lot of sides. Plenty of desserts as well. Food was tasty. Beach is not far: 5 min walk to the nearest beach bar with chase longs,...

Miinuksena ettei altaassa ollut vettä eikä hotellissa baari/ravintolapalveluja, mutta niitä löytyy lähistöltä. Parveke aika suuri, jonne olisin kalusteita kaivannut. Rantaan n. 300m. Hinta-laatu kohdillaan."

"Arrived and the room was not the room I had booked, once this was communicated, they quickly changed our room with no concerns, cuisine was lush and service was delivered by Duarn who was absolutely amazing, will definitely return.
