“Very nice!”
We fully enjoyed our stay. We had no problems with our stay.
“A gem of a hotel in Alamogordo”
This is a new hotel, extremely well appointed, with a very good staff. The lobby and rooms are absolutely beautiful, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom more than sufficient. Our only modest disappointment was the breakfast, which was skimpy for such a nice hotel. The room rate was cheaper than the other nearby hotels we've stayed at before, the Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn, which was an added bonus. It's near the highway, so easy to find, as well as near restaurants.
“Great to Visit White Sands & Lincoln Nat'l Forest”
They were very accomodating and our stay was very pleasant. The breakfast was very good. Overall it is a very nice hotel. However, as someone with an eye for detail, I noticed some poorly laid tiles in the bathroom, the door handle on one of our rooms turned up while the other one turned down to open. (We had 2 rooms.) It is possible that some of the construction was rushed and may cause problems in the future. But I would still stay there again.
“Hotel great...but management?”
Our room was great. The breakfast was great. The ONLY problem? The clerk was sick as a dog!!! We felt so sorry for her, and asked her why she was working...her reply? She couldn't get anyone to cover for her. Where the heck was the manager????? The manager should have covered for her, if nobody else; I don't care if it WAS Christmas! Shame on the manager. That poor girl...PLUS she was infecting everyone that checked in...she was the one that put the cookies out....etc etc. The hotel was great. However, I'm sure there are a lot of people about to get very sick.
