"Room service was really bad, the quality of the food as well as it not matching what was described in the menu, the mangoes on my dessert tasted like onion and it was over cooked and tasted really bad, they replaced it with a cheesecake with was as bad. the breakfast was very average for a 5 star hotel it was more like a 3-4 star hotel breakfast. the doors do not seal noise very well the shower water was brown when i first ran it and i had to keep it running for a few minutes for the water to clear so i could shower"

"They waited for me to check in before letting me find out the hard way that the hot water was broken. And only had contaminated brown water in their system which made my hair shed. I was not refunded for my 6 day booking, I left for SLS hotel across the road which was an incredible place to stay"
