"We stayed here as a family with my wife and our two young children. We are from Canada and have stayed at several hotels since arriving in the UAE, and this is easily our favorite so far, especially for families with kids.
Check in was smooth and easy. The hotel offers complimentary valet parking, which was a great bonus. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a suite without even asking. The hotel is very clean, our room was spotless, and every staff member we met was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I requested a late check out and it was granted right away with no hassle.
The breakfast buffet offers a good selection. It is not the biggest buffet we have seen, but there is more than enough variety to find something you will enjoy.
The restaurant on the 11th floor, where breakfast is served, is beautiful. The design is stunning, the atmosphere is great, and the staff were excellent. We also received 50% off the menu, which was a nice bonus.
If you are traveling with children, they will love the indoor play area. It is well set up and even includes a PS5.
The pool area was one of the highlights for us. There are four pools in total, including one for children. We visited in the evening and again the next morning. The building provides plenty of shade for much of the day, making it very comfortable even when the weather is warm.
