Hi Thanks for the review. The reason we give a towel per person is because it is "self catering" accommodation, not like a Motel, we dont refresh rooms unless requested. We supply a washing machine and dryer in your accommodation for your convenience, but in saying that you only need to ask. Happy to accommodate most requests. Hopefully your comment may help someone else who may read this. Sue
