“A little gem that needs more care”

The hotel is located in an amazing position, but the indications to reach it are hidden, in both directions; we mentioned this to the staff, but it looked like they are aware of the problem, and they do nothing to solve it. The building itself is lovely, nice rooms, peaceful. But the staff is not present. The worst part is the breakfast. Really awful. I believe that a better management will make this hotel fantastic. Despite this, I am still recommending the hotel.
